I am afraid when I loose weight I will grow old instantly. Wrinkles I mean!

That's the problem! I think the best idea is not to go too drastic but enough so that you feel really good about yourself. I felt great after losing my weight - and I could walk up the stairs again without struggling with my knees!

Slow down; loose weight too fast,

You gotta make that weight loss last just,

walkin' down them cobbled roads,

Watchin' them scales and feelin' lovely!

Whatchin' them scales and,

Feelin' lovely !    Smile

Peter, surely it's not healthy for a man to be less than eight stone. I know you have medical problems, so I hope that your Doctor is monitoring your weight loss and keeping an eye on you.

It is part of my condition Sue. With COPD, you use so much energy just trying to breath, that you burn off all the callories that you stuff into yourself. But appart from my lungs I am as fit as a fiddle.

Its easy mate. there are 14 ponds in 1 stone. So 7 stone 10 pounds = 108 pounds.
