Hate to interupt here, but from the looks of things, it might be worth it this time, smiles*...I'm here at the Library, my computer went down on me at the house, and things are back-logging up on me...but I wanted you all to know that Christmas has been taken care off, and Diane you will be hearing from me soon also, had to get your address.. for the rest of you..I'll be back in an couple of days...hope by then your all out of the "blood pudding" stuff, even though it is October...yuk!  Now an nice juicey steak at the "Outback" Restrurant might be more my style though...though I doubt right now I could eat it with having the mouth surgery..but it's healing along fine. Later.

I love black pudding! Fry it up and salt it, yummy!

I don't think I would like Haggis, but I would try it to see.

I'm sure you'd love haggis, Sue.  A lot of people are put off just at the thought of it, but it can be very tasty indeed!  Lyn's recipe looks an excellent example of all that's best about a traditional Scots dish!

Yorkshire pud, now thats my speciality! Mine hit the roof of the oven when I make them lol all full of air...lovely! We don't eat them seperately from the main dinner though, it goes on the same plate. Some eat them with jam but I've never tried that.
