A phobia of the underground? Really! Do you feel claustrophobic?

Yes, VERY, we lived in Mill Hill and I could get to out nearest town of Barnet without the train going under the ground, after Barnet station it went under, I could never go any further than that, had real bad panic attacks if I even tried.

Wow! We have an underground subway in Boston too and I love it. If I couldn't go on it, I wouldn't be able to work!

Say Diane, when I was in Boston, the cloest Rv place they had for us and our motorhome at the time was 45 mins away, we took an above train to the subway, and the subway to the nearest corner of the building we wanted to get to. I gotout of the Library and missed the last train to getting to where I neededto be, I went back up with my small son and asked an taxi driver if he could take me to the above train, and he said, I'm off work, I'll drive you out there, and I knew it had to of cost him, I finally talked him into the gas money for it, and I thought it was really nice of him to take the time to help me. Next day we took an tour bus up to see the Mayflower, and Plymouth rock and other places around town. I got me an pair of Itailian sandals there in town also. Little did I know on this trip I would be walking so much, I'd wear the soles off the shoes I wore..every week. We went from Boston down the coast to Florida and Disneyworld and back across country to Oregon, then got home, turned around an went to Canada for the World's Expostion that year. In all in three months we were home for about one week total, we also went to Scout Summer Camp that year as well. Glad I did it then, doubt I could do it now. Nice to know you got your little bag from Harrods, happy shopping!!!
