I can't believe that happened!!!  I would have been gigglesnorted so hard!!

OMG! It's awful the things we go through to maintain our health isn't it?  But I suppose we should be grateful for such advances. How many of our ancestors died of things that we take for granted will be caught in the "early" stages and prevented from becoming worse?

I had a few Colonoscopies in my time, no one ever put me to sleep. They did give me a drug to relax the muscles, but they administered it too fast and it had the opposite effect, causing me to cramp up.

Still, it was fun watching the screen. To think I've seen up my...... well, you know. 

I was thinking of Alan too. I do hope he is OK, and if he was poorly, I wonder if family would post a quick note for him.

I think I will email.

Alan is doing well and keeping busy with lots of community work right now.
