Heard on the telly the other night they use the song 'Stayin' Alive' by the Bee Gees to get the timing right when doing that Jason, so its the right speed, is that right? Evidentally the tempo is perfect!

Yeah it probably is to be honest,,  100 compressions per minute is the right speed, i use   .........you ready......don't laugh.....nelly the elephant!!!!    it works for me!!Laughing

i would use the old fashioned 'Holger Nielson' method on you jason, don't worry.
