Problems getting on to POE?

It took several tries over a period of almost two hours before the site would even come up. Now that I have managed to get on to POE it's taking me upwards of 30-45 seconds to post or to navigate between pages. I am not having trouble getting on the net in general and other sites don't seem to be a problem. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing problems on POE today? My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
