He is in a lot of pain from what they think is acute tonsillitis despite antibiotics and the usual calpol and Ibuprofen. At the moment he is unable to swallow without immense pain! It's hard to see them suffer so much when you can't help them isn't it? Anyway, the bottom line is they will get back to you as soon as possible, and I will start to approve pictures shortly, that you have submitted during past 24 hours, so bear with us please. |

We all would prefer it to happen to us rather than our children....but children are very resilient and I'm sure they will soon sort him out at hospital. |

I wish Oliver all the best for a speedy recovery, as does my grand daughter Caitlyn. Let's hope he's feeling much better very soon. All the best to you too Chris and Sarah, the joys of being parents!...And of course you Ron and Anna. |

Anna and I stayed with their other children last night whilst they (C&S) stayed at the hospital. Oliver was discharged late this afternoon having been through the usual blood checks, tests etc, almost 24 hours of it! But now the healing takes its time and all they can do is continue to be the very best parents that they are. One will sleep whilst the other stays awake tonight, then Anna and I take over tomorrow again to give them some rest. Just like you say Andy, the joys of being parents but we love them dearly don't we? Anyway, thanks again for being patient with the picture approvals, and any personal response that you may be awaiting from Chris and Sarah. |
