What ever makes you think you have offended anyone?  I'm racking my brain cell trying to recall an incident.

Ah! I'm with you on the different threads being shred to pieces. You have to quickly scroll down and get back on track.

I like your straightforwardness Wolf.  No need to apologise for that.

Thank you Sue, I am a straight forward sort of guy and tend to say what's on my mind. Sometimes I forget that there are others who are a bit sensitive. Hence my appology. Kiss

I am sorry if I have offended or upset any members that post in the threads, with some of my comments.

I have just realised that this particular line of threads are titled 'Off-Topic Chat' so I should not complain when the chat goes off topic.

If you think my comments are out of line or my jokes too rude etc; please feel free to tell me.

I assure you there will be no reprisal from me.

By taking on your critisism maybe I can become a better person.

I look forward to your comments.

Wolf, on behalf of Chris and Sarah (indeed all members of POE) I would like to comment regarding your request for members to respond to the above title. I also apologize for it being a little late but then you know that we have been having a few problems here.

Some of your material has come a bit close to offending, indeed may have already offended members who just might feel uncomfortable to respond in any other way, other than to support you because you are part of the POE 'family'.

From time to time we have all needed to blank out or disguise certain letters of the alphabet; myself included, but this is the only way to keep Pictures Of England.com family friendly, which is something that Chris and Sarah intend to maintain. I might add I am not aiming at any particular post, or any particular thread but you do need to keep in mind that we have children using the site for all sorts of subjects, often to help with their homework, school projects etc.

Just yesterday we had 'Lee' join us at eleven years of age! Nice to know the younger generation love the site too eh?

My thanks go out to Moderator Sue H in particular, for keeping an eagle eye on things here in the forum for us, whilst bearing in mind the bigger the numbers, the greater to effort!

To finish up Wolf, we all need to remember that others can look into what is being said in the forum, without actually making their presence known.

Regards Ron

Wolf, you do not offend or upset me but I would be lying if I didn’t say a couple of your posts have slightly annoyed me, like yesterdays, I just didn’t think it was necessary the same goes for the comment you made way back about people thinking my brother in law and I are snobs, which actually played a big part in my brother in law leaving POE, it’s just my opinion but I don’t think it necessary to say things that could offend or upset another member even if it is done in fun. POE is an amazingly friendly site and surly allot of this is down to the chit chat from it’s members in the forums, which yes, does often go off topic but is always fun and respectful to others and it does usually returns again to topic quite quickly.

I too am a straight talker and I respect anybody else that talks straight but if you have any problems with anything I am posting I would far rather you contact me privately through the POE contact rather than post it on here as I would have done to you on this occasion had you not started this thread asking people what they really think.
