Clearly there are members who feel they need a new thread in order that they can tell me how they feel. To that I ask, what is the matter with just responding in any existing thread where I may have already made comment, or simply using the POE Contact form because that is what it's for!

Having hopefully now satisfied one or two members by starting this new thread, please feel free to write whatever you wish, if indeed you have anything to say, with a guarantee that I will not comment further in this thread regardless of content.

Well! Denzil and I have just tuned into what seems to be a playground dispute! Life's too short. We're all different, that's what makes these forum chats so enjoyable. If Denzil can say that everyone in Bodmin sleeps with their horses without reprisals, I can't see what the problem is with anyone elses comments...as long as it's all clean fun. There, I've had my say.

Ron may I first say, I believe you are a man who dearly loves his family and would lay down his life for them, for that I admire you.

It is also my opinion that you can be quite rude.

I refer to my earlier comment. No matter what we all think of each other, surely this isn't the place to be launching personal attacks? Ron, you've invited this by starting the thread.......perhaps an unwise move on your part. Wolf, I personally think you're opinion would have been better kept to yourself. As I said earlier, we're all different and we should respect each others opinions.....I don't always agree with what is said by everyone and could have commented on the forums many times in relation to it, but a personal E-mail is more apt I think.

Much as I admire frankness, I see nothing but harm coming from this openness.

I know. But you also invited it with your thread Wolf, for what ever reason. It stands to reason that ALL of us won't particularly get on with everyone else, that's human nature.....I'm as guilty as anyone when it comes to lewd comments, Denzil is a bit near the knuckle with some of the stuff he says, quite often I've cringed when hitting the post button, hoping everyone would take it the way it's meant.....a good laugh rather than inappropriate or downright indecent. We all have different senses of humour and tolerance as well, what offends one might not offend another, that's why Denzil doesn't make too many appearances lately. What I'm trying to say is that some of Rons' comments can be very near the mark, if not overstretching it...as can yours and mine, but who are we to judge? If we do judge, let's do it privately, it might be best.

I agree with you Andy. Why can't we all just get along and stop the bickering and judging. Life is too short. We should be concentrating on loving each other and what we can do to make someone else's life better.

Cool. Like I say Wolf, I'm as guilty as anyone, but you have to admit it's a brilliant site that's better off if we personally contact members we don't agree with, there's nothing that can't be resolved that way.

The general consensus is that POE is a family, and families often have a bit of a fall out, say what's on their mind and make up again!  The numerous threads mean I no longer have time to read them all. So I have no idea if Wolf is 'guilty' of anything more than getting cheesed off (like me) with them being hijacked.

Ron, you are a great joker and we all know that. But when I read your remarks yesterday about causing offence, I couldn't help but think of Ana from Madrid. I found your jokes at her expense (personal remarks about her appearance) very offensive. I won't go into what you said, but she stopped coming to the forum. What may go down as a bit of banter with a man (Peter, for example) will be taken to heart by a woman. Having been married to the lovely Anna for some years I would have thought you would be aware of that.  I mean no offence but as Wolf has been lectured on his 'overstepping the mark' I thought it only fair to say this.
