I like O Come, O Come Emmanuel, too, Diana.  It's actually an Advent song.  Advent started today.  The lyrics were composed in the 9th century.  Another of my favorites is O How A Rose E'er Blooming.  Of the old standards I think my favorite is God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.

I've never heard of "A Fine Old English Gentleman" but I'll look it up!

I am also fond of the Coventry Carol

I don't really, but I love Fairytale of New York to the point where I listen to it even if it's not Christmas. Brilliant song and band. haha I'm so middle aged on the inside.

I like that one too Krissy. I am especially fond of the version by Donny Osmond!
