Interesting that she should follow so close behind Brian Wilde also of Last of the Summer Wine. I think it's important for us who have enjoyed the talents of these people to take a moment to be thankful for their lives.

Since the title of this thread doesn't specifically refer to Kathy Staff, I thought it might be the appropriate place to mention the passing of another great star, Van Johnson, who died on Friday aged 92. I loved him, and remember him fondly, especially from his role in "Brigadoon" opposite, Gene Kelly. |
