The street closures, traffic and level of security around here are unbelievable. Thankfully, my office will be closed Monday for Martin Luther King Day, and Tuesday for the Inauguration. I'll be watching it from the comfort of my own home. As to Mr. Obama as President, I truly hope he can turn things around for the better, and to that end I pray for his safety (there are a lot of racist-wackos out there with a skewed view of things) and that he will seek the wisdom and guidance of God as he tackles some major problems and issues in our country and around the world. He's taken on a job that I would never want! |
