A big reason for Road Rage, ignorance of others, not leaving enough time for their journey, lack of concentration at the wheel.

Yes, but you have to admit, when they put  up an speed trap in such an way, that it's at the bottom of an hill, just after an stop signal, off in the bushes,in the country, where people are more likely to run an yellow light in an hurry...there's something wrong with the cops sense of whose really speeding. Not only that but look at the speed sign going the other way and it's 10 or 20 MPH faster. It's an fine line as to rather an person is really speeding or just being "set up" for an traffic ticket.
