Patrick, that is amazing!!!! Not just his art but the fact that here is a guy who can't read or write and was belittled by his teachers. And yet he stood tall against their belittling and made a life for himself. What an inspiration to those around him!

 I perfer to believe it myself...I think there must be this "thing" in the world where the "nothing" exceeds all possible disappointments in life in order to give the world "hope" of an better day. His "hurt" in saying he could not read or write seemed genuine "emotion" to me. Not only that I have an long long list of the successful people an teacher or figure authority has deemed in so many words as an totally "worthless"person...Albert Einstein being just one of them.
