I don't know the full detail to be fair, so maybe i'm been a little unfair, but on the face of it, I have to say this is how i feel about things like this! What does everyone else think? |

I know its not always what it seems, but people that rob houses are doing bad things, and they need to realise there can be harsh consequences!! If they don't realise this they are ill equipped for life!! The situation he was in was entirely his own doing! maybe its lack of education/stupid parents! which is likley, but still.. its a basic instinct that your going to get hurt/killed if you mess in peoples or animals homes!! A friend of mine (a state trouper) once advised me, if someone breaks into your house and you hurt him while trying to defend yourself, just make sure that you knock him out cold and then drag his sorry butt completely into the house before calling the police. Because then, it'll be your word against his and you'll be exonerated. But if you hurt him and he is able to get away, and if he reports you to the police for hurting him, it won't matter that he was breaking into your house or threatening you with bodily harm; you'll be arrested and convicted because it's your word against his and he is the injured party. WHAT???!!!!!!!!!!! |

Great stuff! So when some bad guy try to break into my house I must remember to knock him out with my great right hook and then drag his 250 pound butt out of my house. Sure..I can do that!! (insert sarcasm here). Justice is a thing of the past. No longer can we defend anything..not ourselves, our homes, our families...nothing. So let the dregs of society run rampant...maybe they will get lucky and get hurt during a break in and make thousands of dollars when they sue a homeowner. I wonder what will happen to the homeowner. |

He apparently saw my mother in the peek of the front curtain sitting there in her night gown watching late night TV...and thought she was alone, as dad had went to bed and so had my brother, my brother sayed with my mom and called the police. An year after the incident, and she had already died, they awarded them the money for the damages he made that night breaking in. I think the dude should of suffered her diabetes/health pains myself..then he wouldn't of had time for such antics. But so goes I guess. |
