Look at it this way, it's better then say bunging jumping off an high bridge. 1. Why is it everytime I get going on an diet good, cookies are baked and left out for me to clean up the mess, and cake is baked and left half there after the party, what do I do with it now?..when I want to eat it all...refrain my dear!!! Refrain!! 2. Rain coming in again, but short lived this time, I need someone to rotill the garden area for me to plant stuff..I sure wish I could get the backyard done up properly for the summer. 3. I'd like to quite "hurting" for an change...I broke down an finally took some "lasix" for my swelled feet this morning, after having an severe cramp last week also, now if I could get the right side to stop bothering me, and the small part of my back...and feel strong enough to get through another week of excerises and one more class on the diet. Last week was "water adjustment" time I guess. Four pounds lost..I dislike my primary doctor's advice, he "hexed' me into no higher loss then 2 pounds an week, if that and I can't seem to "break" his line of thinking, makes me think he's an "voo-doo" docotor of some kind..and he liked to kill me not diagnosing the heart problem correctly. I have no problem "gaining" but he sure has stopped my losing weight..so selfish, I hope "God" is tuned in to him...and what he's doing to me. Even my cardiologist knows its better to lose what I can to get down for my health sake then to be "limited". Rivas is his name..Dr. Henry Rivas...Ventura Park Clinic. Beware of him! Clever in his "trickery" in ways..take my "psychic" word for it. Good people do good things. |
