1. Talking to my neighbor as we do yard work this summer, she' s making great progress, considering all the work she does as it is, she works in Cancer radation in an big downtown hospital and has grown kids, just got back from Venzuela on an tirp. Do you realize there's an aiprlane with 288 people on it missing from Brazil headed to Paris this morning. It was showiing that they hug the coast of South America heading north and where they lost them off radar.

2. started phase two of the idet plan, this one retains muscle and metabolism from the dieting phase of the idet, I need it. I'm really weak this morning from the weekend of yardwork. I still have an fish pond, and snad box and and shed to build. Right now it's pick up toys, clean out the sand box, fetaize the flower beds..fisnish off the details. Loks like an good crop of plums this year.

3, Can I finish off the yard before the thunderstorms come in tonight along the mountains, as they ussualy build up backwards and so we might see them, as we are only about 29 miles from Mt. Hood as it is. I had an passel of kids over yesterday so I better get the toys picked up and out of the way, plus  I have an Pickup load of tree debris needing hauled off. Hope everyone in POE is doing well. Couple o fdays of this an it should be done for the summer hopefully on the major stuff.

So do I  Babs, I remeber getting my house and the looking alone seems like forever and then the waiting and hoping. When I bought my house here, there were all kind of my friends buying houses also....some oft them have already moved on so as to say. We looked a tone house, that in the bathrrom the mirrors were set up to look like an column of whatever it mirrored..I thought that would drive an person insane in ways, even though it was unique. First thing I put in here out the side of my house and made to look like part of the outside was an laundry shute from the upstairs master bedroom bathroom, to the downstairs almost directly over the washer an dryer... by the time I made the downstairs bathroom into an jacuzzi bath room..that was some 30 years ago.  People were just getting into the outside spa's and not inside one's quite as of yet. We need to up-grade many things, but nothing couldn't be done in abou tthree days timing. We built the downstairs in ourselves...saving us 20,000 dollars of the purchase price.  It had everything but the sheetrock primarily. I had my old next door nieghbor in town here rebuild my downstairs fireplace to accomodate an larger wood stove also. It has an built in look to it. Yard was "mud"  spent my first mother's day raking it to plant grass seed so my infant son didn't have to crawl around in mud and dirt all summer long. Then we made him an sand box..went down to the river for the sand. In all it took us two years on the downstairs workinng 30 hours per week, an playing mother also.. to get it finsished. Laid in the carpeting.  liked the idea I could put things where I wanted them doing this.Originally the downstairs bathrrom was half an shower and half an laundry room, I made it into one huge bathroom, with "touches" of luxury to it. Hubby did the tile work, and the bathroom and bar cabinets in the family room. We also did something else not known in it's day we raised our 32 inch TV set up in the air, about half way.. the screen look bigger. Because they didn't have wide screen TV 30 years ago. and I was asked then what I needed by an delivery man and I told him an wafer thin TV for the Wall upstairs..well they got those now also. I can reember when some o fthem at the Elks Lodge laughed at me when I said, I'd like an huge motor home with an "Propane" fireplace, well they have them now also, at 7 million dollars. Of course can't quite afford that right now. Wish I could though.
