I've told him we'd help him pay for a more expensive pair, but he wants to be independent. Besides, he doesn't believe me when I tell him he needs to wear good fitting shoes now, or he'll pay for it in his latter years. |

Still, I'd happily do it for him, especially seeing I've just undergone back to back foot surgeries, and don't want him to suffer the same. |

I couldn't agree with you more about taking care of your feet and wearing the best shoes you can afford. I haven't had to have surgery but I do suffer with bunions from going bare foot and not wearing good shoes when I was younger. |

My Mom turned all the clocks backwards so my Stepdad had to spend more time putting them forward 2 hours! Makro is a big cash and carry and you have to have a pass to go there (a bit of a self employment perk!) - we have one in Halesowen and there is one in Bristol. |
