(He is dead now). Some of these people are good in every other way, but cannot control their compulsion to abuse. No excuse I know, but it has taught me to try (emphasis on try) not to judge too harshly. |

He was so distraught over this that he asked the church to assign him to duties that would keep him away from children. He posted a sign so many yards from his house stating that a child molester lived within and children should not be allowed withing the vicinity. He prayed daily for hours for God to cure him, and he undertook daily psychological counseling to help him control his impulses. He also allowed a national TV network to do a feature on him, hoping that doing so would alert even more people to the need to protect their children. |
