My dog barked at 2.00 am ~ likely a deer or coyote walking past the cabin, so I am up ~ Maria~ yes, I looked at the maps on tv to see where you live and the radius of the quake.. apparently was felt in Rome so I knew that unless you were travelling, you would be out of physical danger.

On our news here in British Columbia ~ interviews with a group in Vancouver from the region most effected..and it's heartbreaking to hear their helpless worry for their friends and family in Italy. Other victims to this catastrophe are the centuries old churches and homes, villas and monuments, frescoes and paintings...gardens and trees that have witnessed so much human history.

I've been watching things from my earthquake site..all these quakes and I feel being an "sensitvie" like I'm walking through proverbial hell this last couple of days health-wise. Last night I visited with an hubby of my ex-neighbor growing up here in town,.. they gave their daughter my "middle" name, as I babysit her kids while she was at the hospital in delivery. He came to me and he said "Hey, sur-bear, what's up?...that's what he called me because I was always "hugging an kid in my lap" back in those days...we talked for an while last night. he died unexpectedly some years ago of an heart attack. I can remeber telling him that I thought it was time I moved on an bit with my life.  Then I woke up to the song I posted in the questions thread at tthe bottom. It's Easter, time for re-newal in the world of "spirit"...and in kindness...season. Stay safe, be prepared.

When I heard, you were the first one I thought of, Maria.  What a sorrowful tragedy, many of the victims were so young.  I found your town on a map too.  Is it a quake zone where you live, Maria?

Thank you, dear Ruth.

No, Milan is no quake zone. At most you may die from cancer being apparently one of the most polluted areas in Europe Yell.
