Hi Krissy:  I concur with Diana.  I have a Santa Fe and I love it.

My dad bougt m  my first car, a 66 VW beetle back in 1972.  Poor guy thooght I'd never learn to drive a stick.

Hope you get something nice - you deserve it.

I GOT MY CAR!!!!

Thanks to my wonderful dad!!!  This was so generous of him and it really made me happy!!!

I got a 2007 Hyundai Elantra!!  It's dark blue and beautiful!!!!  I love love love it!!!! I will post a picture later today!!

I haven't had a new car in 15 years!!!

So again...thank you Dad!!! Kudos to Jack!!!  We had so much fun yesterday going thru the process!!

I think I am more happy about what my dad has done for me than I am about the car!!! Laughing

Congratulations, Krissy!  It's lovely. I'm so happy for you.  Your dad's a peach.

And you couldn't drive all that way to see Sue without coming a bit south to AZ.  lol  I think to get to Sue's (or my) house would take about 3-4 days if you stop overnight, but it depends on how many miles you want to drive each day.  You're looking at about 2,500-2,800 miles.  When we moved west from PA, we drove straight thru to Houston, TX (30 hours) and then from Houston to Phx (about 22 hours).   We were in a hurry, lol.

Enjoy your new ride, Krissy!  xx
