So Karen, I congratulate you on giving up the fags/cigarettes, you'll never look back. And I too like to ride my bike , but the season for doing that here in the desert (for me) is very short. I can't ride my bike when it's 110 F outside. |

In the summer we are also members of a club which boasts an outdoor (unheated!) pool which is great and certainly leaves me feeling refreshed. My Nikon takes me for walks but long hikes are out right now as I have a bad left knee which will be sorted out over the next few months. I used to be a keen cyclist but excess traffic on our roads and inertia made history of that hobby. I keep my fingers nimble with Photoshop!
