Seriously, I do way too much of that. LOL! I hate exercise for exercise sake which is why I take the stairs instead of the elevator, and I park further away from the entrance to where ever I am going and hoof it. I would really like to find a form of exercise that I really enjoy. But nothing comes to mind. |

During the day at work, depending on which department I need to visit (we occupy 4 floors), I can log a mile or more, plus one of my attorneys is 2 floors below me so I always take the stairs to and from his office. Three days a week I work out at the gym for an hour or so (cardio, weight training, core/balance/mat work). Once spring temperatures arrive here, my friend and I will be cycling outdoors, and we're thinking of joining a hiking group in our area. Both the cycling and hiking are occasional activities; we don't do them every week. Now, if I can only get a handle on my excess food consumption, I might really be in good shape! |

I have a total gym that's been put away since Christmas (no room), and a treadmill that I use when it's too hot outside to walk. I do my free weights on Saturday nights whilst I watch British comedies on PBS and I give my treadmill a good dusting every week, lol. That really works up a sweat (yeah, right). I don't do nearly as much as I should. |
