My mother's" Larkins" side has two gals that sing in Branson, Missiouri..they also I think own an recording studio in Nashville as well. My uncle always chose to go to Brandson if time permitted him yearly, but those in the family in Califronia are strong in restruants with entertainment also. Most the ones I know are into education of some kind for the most part, either professors or sports coaches at teh university level.

Talk about "Rainy Day Woman"..you should see it today, opps my grandson just came home day two of something making him feel not up to par. Into the days of instant heat one day, rain the next I guess you know. If this is weather modification, they sure are failures at it. So goes today, it's the son in the picture with me that's sickly..he's always been to "thin" to my notions also...for an boy.. needs more spunk, and muscle, esp since he's an boy scout and will need to lug those pack backs some day.  Reminds me of Elvis Presley's "Kentucky Rain"...I always like that one, on your list, I liked Buffalo Springfield, and was familiar with the Sex Pistols when they first came out..long time ago now though. For some years now I've been more into "Talk" radio then music. Family tends to take my music away faster then I can turn it on to listen to it...or I get the stogey "tisk tisk tisk" from them.
