I am sorry I didn't make it here yesterday to say it, but my day was busy and I simply didn't have a minute. I took my youngest sister who's 19 year old son, my nephew Nathan, is in California preparing for deployment to Iraq with the Marines, and couldn't be here to celebrate the day with her. So I took her out instead and we had a marvelous day. Fortunately, the day was sunny and mild and we spent a great deal of it out of doors. My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions

He was supposed to have already been deployed but with the changes under the Obama administration they keep delaying his companies departure. We are not unhappy about that, lol, and we are hoping that he just might escape it all together. We shall see! Have a great day at work Debbie! Talk to you soon. The weather in Manassas was absolutely gorgeous yesterday! I enjoyed a wee country drive over to the British Pantry and bought bangers and biscuits (Hobnobs). My son made me bangers and mash for dinner! My daughter is out of town but left me a wonderful card and said she wants to take me out to dinner when she returns. I had a nice chat with my Mum on the phone and then relaxed with one of my favorite movies, "Miss Potter". All in all, a fine day. My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
