For Mothers Day, my children bought me tickets to see "Celtic Women" appearing here in Sacramento.  They were fabulous and, as always, the music reached way down inside my soul.  I encourage any of you living in the US to go see them if they are appearing near you.

Happy Mothers Day to everyone!!

Marriage of Aer

Where we walked beneath
a cloudy sky
where we danced with our poetry sung
uplifting, joyous~love!
Wearing magicians velvet gowns & glory tassels,
golden threads, blue
woven birds & beasts,
our hearts loitering gaily!

This poem reflects ancient dance and tradition, as perhaps expressed  near the Henge or Glastonbury Tor.

Hi Cheri.. thank you for this suggestion.. I'll have a look online....I am wondering if you have seen my post here on POE.. Restoring Pagan Britain..... perhaps you have some thoughts to share in that context?

I had an ablum of them around here I bought an long time ago, like my Native American music..I have no idea where its at right now. But they are very good performers..and very popular, though I was listenign to them some time ago. Portland does respond to them here, they often come to our fair city.
