NO!!  I would not!! There could be a residual haunting or something more sinister. I think you would be able to feel it as soon as you walk into the house. But if I didn't have a choice, I guess I would have to make do!!

The house that I live in was gutted by fire a couple of years before I moved in. The oldest son set fire to the house, and his little brother and sister died in the back bedroom. He sat outside and watched it burn. They (the children) are still here in the house with us.
