Debbie Adams Posts: 2043 Joined: 8th Mar 2009 Location: USA | quotePosted at 02:41 on 28th May 2009 I dont think i would have a problem with it but we had a neighbor house and No one would stay in that house for more than a few months, first a old couple both died in there a few months apart than a man commited suicid and than we had a killer cut up a women and her small daughter and after that it was kinda hard to sell the house we have moved since so i dont know what has happened to it since but everyone that lived there always had a weird felling of someone watching them and when we were kids we use to see figures in the night and no one would be at home pretty creepy house i dont know if i could live in that one,,,lol |

Over here, we have laws that a real estate agent or property sell must disclose any ugly history of a house.
