I haven't seen her myself (probably not missed much), but as I read the Oxford news every day, I've kept up on how she's been doing.

Your avatar is a joy, Michael.

Well, even if she loss she's got her foot in the door one could say, so I agree with Sue, if sh cuts an couple of albulms, they will probably sell enought that she'll live the rest of her life comforatbly. What is it 4 Billion people on the planet now, if each one gave one dollar that would be Four Billion dollars and just think of how many people could live an life time off of it.,,if they lived humbly. Quite an few!

Bless her; I don't think she really expected it to take off the way it did, and I don't think she prepared herself for it if it did.  She's just a simple country girl and I don't think she has what it takes to be in that business either. However, as Sue said, if she can hang on for a while she can retire nicely on what she will get before all is said and done. The hoopla will die down after a while.

Still, it does my heart good to re-watch that video once in a while.Smile

So, what if the voting was fixed, (as have often been prooved) so that Simon can go ahead and make his film on her life, (instead of her singing) he makes a shed load of money, Sue makes a shed load and can retire with a nice tidy bank account, because let's face it, her singing career won't be as sucessfull as she would have liked.

Just an opinion!
