The cat who is a wannabe Politician

That's nice, someone in the neighborhood here for over 30 years has taken my cat liscenses off their neck, sometimes they let them keep thier collar though, it happened last week again, and I'm glad this cat has an micro-chip in his ear, but he also got another new collar, without the tags though...the anmal control people are ussually alerted when this happens in hopes they can catch them, but so far, no. WE had an lot of people going through the area last week when this happened, an 5 house garage sale, fiber optic cable "locators" all over making marks for where the lines and pipes are buried, and some people up the street moved out also. He genarlly hangs around the house here, but he always comes home at night if he's outside and I can't find him right away ..he knows where his night time bed is at!
