Happy belated birthday from Anna and Ron also Rita. It seems you had a great time with your family around you.......perfect!

Hello Ron and Anna. Thank you for your birthday greeting. Perfect is a good word. No matter how old a parent is you watch your middle-aged children in quiet for signs of improvement.  And a lot of growth has taken place with these blessings I call my children, this year. I do hope your health challenges will soon be a thing of the pass.

How we understand your words Rita.

Don't you just worry about your kids (and of course the grandchildren) no matter how old they are? From the time they leave home in the morning to the time they return at night, and it doesn't stop when they get married either does it? Like you, we care also, and would do anything within our power to help them, and keep them safe.

Thank you also Rita for your good wishes re Anna and I regarding our health issue's.

Hi Krissy, yeah a reasonably good day for both Anna and I, thanks.

Anna was issued with a 'Tens' machine today to help ease the pain, lets hope it works.

Some good news amid the bad, but good news, my nieghbor, whom they hauled off yesterday by ambulance, broke his leg in two places and went through surgery last night...so at least I know he's alive...and on the mend. Something to be thankful for these days I guess.

The Muscle Stimulator will help alot, it takes some time Anna, but hang in there.

Nice to see you Rita - belated Happy Birthday!

Thank you Stephanie. Seeing your smile always pleases me.

Thanks Rita - that's a lovely thing to say.

Hope the Tens machine works Anna. Think you have to give them time but even my sceptical step father uses his regularly so it must do something! He is still suffering terribly from his fall a few weeks back that hurt his back again.
