I am so happy Krissy Richard that the words might be uplifting, as it does the same for me as well. It is one of the most beautiful compensations of life that no man or woman can sincerely try to help another by giving some more light to their day  without  doing the same for himself or herself.  As always be safe.

Hello Friends! How are you all today?

When i look at the sky, the trees, the land or into the eyes  of someone i love, i experience the wonder of life. Noticing the simple blessings that surround me here and now, i tap into my inner wellspring of joy.

One joyful thought starts a chain reaction just as th song of a bird at dawn invites others to join in. I choose to culitivate joy, to count my blessings and to share this feeling with others. This is my affirmation for you all today.

Both my siblings did their trinsitions almost a month apart, my brother on the 8th July. he was 87. my sister on the 20th August she was 86 both this year   I am off to spend  the weekend in  Iowa  with their  familes and to give the support they all need at this time. Be safe now.
