She has to "check it out' more or less. they are one of the largest empoyers in our area...fro working mothers (same hours/days as their kids) and the retired. I'm trying to figure out what would be an good way to send in an donation to POE right now also. Because of whomever is into my computer..I don't do credit card stuff over it. I like to send an check or money order and maybe I can get around to that today, I did two other web masters recently, they are so good to me, especialy Ryan, and he did it today also, "YOU don't send me any money if YOU need it yourself"!..he just changed servers and I bet he could use the help by the end of this month, and James O. Berkland, the earthquake guy whom I've known since the last Solar Flare episode of the sun, years back, I understand did the nightmare of every heart patient, and keeled over unconsious in the middle of the street with an mild stroke, he's recoverying, but it left out his abilty to attending many of the national radio shows he does, I sent him an donation and some cherry prints. He likes "Charlie Brown" like I do, just recently becoming an grandfather..something he didn't know if he'd ever live to see happen. One of the prints has the little bird hanging in an weak over-hung branch top of an small tree and it says, "I just love high-rise living"..really cute prints. You know..it sure wouldn't hurt for me to send an roll of pictures at the same time I send in the donation to POE and Ron them post them, I really should do that to!..by golly...come to think of it. Maybe I'll get dresssed and go out an take pictures today. Nice sunny day. Then I feel I'm ready for the the upcoming autumn festivites, need to get to Mt. Angel also, they have sent me several postcard doings for the Blackberry Antique/Gift shop there, special night viewings with hore d' ourves present and complementary wine..I support when I can, yearly their local senior citzens craft shop. Have for years. I think my grandkids including my son and Kasey when they were little, all have an "true" old time hand-made quilt from those talented ladies. The yearly Octoberfest runs about 350,000 people yearly...should be coming up here soon, I have some extra-ordinary expereinces surrounding St. Mary's Catheral there. |
