Congradulations Jason...alway snice to get it over with at times.

Hello everyone....I have an article for you all...how to improve your mind...hum.

1. Wake up. 2. Drink the beverage of your choice 3. let the animals out for the morning 4. Smell the Bacon frying 5. Get an wif of fresh air from letting the animals in again(your first excerise) 6. Plug in the telephone messenger/ o rturn it up again to high volume...7. Check your daily schedule 8. read the comics and laugh 9. Go to the bathroom/feel relieved..10. Watch today's weather 11. Kiss the significant other one/be it human or animal...12. Take shower/get dressed. Having done this your mind is now in an better frame to remember things...if not do an another number 2..then walk one mile.

Hi everyone - had a difficult week so that is why I haven't been here very often. Poor Solomon has been really poorly since early Sunday morning. Still not well but at least we have got his temperature down for now. My Mom has had her shoulder operation but she is in severe pain. My house move is still being delayed by very silly people who should appreciate having a sold sign in the current climate! Terry's operation has been delayed because his surgeon has left and they are trying to find another to take over his waiting list. All in all I am really fed up of moaning!!!!

Know what you mean Stephanie. C&S have had Michael and Oliver down with croup and striders, high temperature etc and Anna has been hit for six with a cough that kept her awake for three nights running. Only just beginning to come out of it and the boys are showing good progress. Hope all goes well for your family as indeed our own.
