Anyone got any recipes?  or ideas on what to do with them?  had a load sent today in the veg box, they look great but want to do them so i enjoy eating them!

Dry the cobnuts for Christmas and pickle the walnuts! There, simple Jason......but don't ask me how to pickle the latter, other than the obvious of course!! Hey, I bet we have a member who will know...thats the power of POE!

Well they reckon they are great just as they are, while they're wet walnuts they are soft, and i must admit i tried one ....and it was nice!

If you're ambitious, Jason, you can dry the coconut and ground it into flour. There are delicious recipes that you can make with coconut flour. It's really pricey to purchase it already made, so you'd have quite a deal!

Its not coconut Diana, cobnuts are different.

They pickle walnuts in vinegar! to be honest i've never tasted pickled walnuts, i'd imagine they taste better than they sound.
