At the Oregon coast tomarrow they are having an kite festival at Lincon City and at Rockway Beach an "Rockfest" with 20 bands going continually through the entire weekend..thought about going over there, but I figured most the rooms were probably sold out and it's an day thing from Portland, going and coming back...with another casino mid-way between the two events..
