That's what I'm doing right now deciding what cookies I'll make, I have some pecan bars, so maybe add brownies, and my regular Christmas decorated cookies (Trees and ornament balls)..and lemon bars...my brother is talking going to see his daughter over Christmas so I told him I'd try to make enough if he'd like to freeze an box for her also, and travel with them down there. Last year I got ahold of some rather expensive mint-chocolate bark that was just heavenly...be nice if I could find some more of that stuff, but I'll probably toss in some candy canes as she's got two little girls. Kind of play things as they go and see what I come up with. He likes chocolate chip cookies..that I know...I could never keep any in the house here if they were "warm" when he walked through the door. Got an grandson likes homemade oatmeal cookies that way also..warm and fresh from the oven. If you haven't seen Nigella Lawson's wonderful new Christmas cookbook, this year...you are missing something special.

Hi Shirley!! I love Nigella Lawson!!! I would love to get one of her cookbooks!! You know what I cannot find...the little silver balls used for cake and cookie decorations!! We use to use them all the time when I was young but they are nowhere to be found now!!!  Like this...

Hi Diana!!! How are you ??
