The problem is that the rain has fallen onto saturated ground on our beautiful hills and turned some of our streams into raging rivers. Its being quoted as the worst in 1000 years but hey, we're Brits, whats a bit bit of water, lol. heartbraking for those who will be drying thier homes out as Chrismas approaches, we may need help re-asuring the oldfolk up here though. Great work by our rescue services and neighbours all working as one. 'Team Great Britain'! |
