As promised in another thread I said I would contact our Alan. I did, and he responded with an email that contains an amount of problems and trauma, such that it would be wrong of me to go into it. He is currently unwell and still suffering, he needs the Prayers of his POE friends...

Alan finished the email with the following paragraph which I felt was appropriate to post:

>>>> Please tell my friends I miss them, and that I will be back as soon as I can. Sorry I can't send any Christmas Cards, but I lost my list of addresses with the hard drive. Anyway, all the best to all at POE, the friendliest site in the whole wide world, especially good wishes for the soon to be upon us season of goodwill.
Regards Alan

Alan, know that prayers from Anna and Ron are on the way to you dear friend. Get well soon and we look forward to your return to POE in due course.

Over to you members, our dear friend Alan needs the power of POE Prayer...

What a sweetheart Alan is to be worrying about not being able to send cards, when he himself is having a hard time.

Love and miss you Alan.

I agree with you Rick. Peter is unwell himself yet finds time for others in the forum. What a great bunch of caring people we have here.
