Ron, I think my two TV sets I wanted..but couldn't afford,  got stollen and given to someone else this year..is that how the wealthy give the gifts to their servants by any chance? Laughs*  That's Ok though, now I got another year to work on this if I don't get one for an birthday present...but I'll probably have to buy it...even if its on an credit card...and hubby would glare coldly at me for the thought of being an servant. He already feels he's in life by "himself" these days without me working and having an income, but I've noticed most of the in-law wives  are required to work/be supportive of family/themselves often, back in the days when it wasn't necessary..like it is today much of the time... I don't think that is right entirely either. He will have to be happy, I've already shared $100,000 with him during my life and bought him an new truck...we are getting to old for the hassels in life. At least I know it wasn't through thievery he got any "gifts" from me in his lifetime.

Hi Shirley. TV sets are getting cheaper, lighter and you never know, one might fall from the back of a truck - the driver not having strapped it down too good! All credit cards are okay, until next month lol.

$100,000 Shirley? I bet you cost him more......thinks, now wait for the flak!! Only joking Shirley, honest. Lol

Hi Ron:  Not being around for the live chatting, I might not be completely up on the latest.  Who are the twins?

A Happy New Year to you all.

This site is truly a gift of love to us, and as we open the gift, by moving through the forums, may we continue to be filled with gratitude and graced with renewal. With each new day, we have the opportunity to renew our spirits and change our lives. But at the start of a new year, many of us feel an even greater drive to manifest our dreams and desires. With the energy and enthusiasm the New Year brings, we have the momentum to take bold new action to transform our experiences, our bodies, our relationships, and our spiritual practices. The new year is not only a time to be on fire with the promise of what can be, I think it is also an opportunity to be in love with what is, to be grateful for all of life, for what we have, for what we are. This new year I decided to join the other members of my club in doing a feeding program” Meals on Wheels”, where we will be feeding once a week about 60 seniors in our community who are house bound for on reason or another. I know it is going to prove to be an interesting adventure for us all, but all we have to do is show up in love. Remembering always that when we share we are the ones that benefit.  May your spirits be renewed and your lives enriched in this New Year.

In Love and Peace.  Happy New Year!  Rita.

There you go Rita, no problem...
