I think she had us all holding our fingers for her on this. Got the radiator in my truck repaired last night, got my brother in-law's flowers..er, plants...maybe get them up to the funeral home tonight, and I have an newspaper to get for those back east, we got an call from his oldest sister's daughter on that one...she wants an copy of his obituary. Cleaning house, because it sounds like an lot of people coming in this weekend maybe. Had my grandson home today... "wacky Wednesday"at school...he has PM kindergarden..but he alternates.... one day as ususal, one day he's off, one day he goes all day...each month...then it starts over again...that's why they call them wacky wednesdays. So I read him all five of his books he brings home in an packet...these were about ocean fish and shells. We had fun doing that today. I made him read the little words in a couple of the books...a..of..the..so forth. Can't think of anything to make for dinner tonight. I went over to nothing but uncooked fresh fruits and veggies, but its realy tough staying with it...I do feel better though...I ran into an interesting scientific paper the other night on this...thought I'd try it out myself. Lots going on right now also. DaRnest (no not damest, but I felt like it was) sore throat though. Kept me up most of last night. Time just keeps marching on!!! |

Just popped in for a quick peek - Son and family have gone off to renew their British passports (one of the reasons for the visit), he just phoned to say .............. wait for it ......................................................... the Embassy is closed today for training!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

He lives a four hour drive away, fortunately he can stay with us, so he can go again tomorrow, but another day wasted. I wonder why they didn't mention it when he phoned them on Tuesday.
