Dear Shirley. Aggressive? not allowing others their individuality? Is that what you got from my post? So very very sorry.

Hi Rita:  Here's what I think Shirley meant - but it has some sound advice perhaps. and that the message in it is Just don't be so over agressive that you don' t allow others their individuality...

I know she didn't mean the just don't part as advice for you, but the just don't part is the sound advice in what you posted.  Our Shirley would never say anything to offend anybody.  She's a sweetheart, as are you.  In fact, I think you and she share a lot of the same philosophy of life, from what I get from the postings you both write. Love and kindness and enjoyment of life - that's the message I always get from you two.  xx

Rita...I had to go back to see the post to see what was said...What I got was one has to be toughter then Satan..to make the day go right perhaps. It came from the wordage above the picture that didn't come in. It wasn't meant for you exclusively but the wordage. Some people are overly agressive and get up in the morning for an "fight the world" kind of day.

I just ran into one tough cop also, in the store...and for some reason, I felt like I knew him...but as an psychologist/Native American Shaman.

An man I much admire for his intelligience, he is an college graduate...he had an family center up in Canada he ran...he was asked to do the Sundance Ritual...in South Dakota I think it is...Devil's tower. I saw his picture in an book later on of them doing it..but have never met him formerly other then on-line in "spirit-web". He did an lot of teachings. Very much the "warrior" type. Always struck me as an decent sort of guy.

I have sprnt much of this morning on Art Bell's "coast to coast" show last night in "time travel"...this guy they had on as an guest finally admitted to the technology of it in the world now. He was saying their lab is so secret because of the miltary applications they are dealing with that they were on satalitte lines, not land lines for security and that there was much he couldn't say about it, but that when people see they can forward and reverse time, that they "Laugh" because they don't know how to cope with what they consider "reality" not present any longer. He said it was much like "algebra"..you know,,where 1 + 1..should equal 2...but taking up several boards and doing the math correctly... it adds up to 3. Or another anology...when you count your fingers and go 1, 2..up to 10....then start at 10, and go backwards and it's 6 and then add 5 for your other fingers and it's 11. Throws one in an loop from what is perceived to be "truth".

It is raining here, and right down nasty outside. My grandson goes to the doctor for testing today I guess on his stomach to see if they can deteremine what causes his stomach aches. By that I mean if he has an obstruction of some kind, or an germ perhaps, or what. You all do know that ulcers is caused from an germ, not your emotions. They will be checking for those also. Hope its nothing serious. He needs more body strength as it is fo rhis size and age.

Well, he's going to an downtown Children's hospital, they gave him some meds to take for an month, and then he goes back for more testing to see if he has an bowel obstruction. So far he's not complaining like he was...went back to school today. Our Sarah had an case of ulcers, that's how I knew they were caused by an bacteria germ, I can't  begin to spell it, starts with an "ph" something...she took medicine for awhile and her problem went away. Up until then I always thought they were caused by to much eating stuff that turns into acid in your stomach or else "nerves"...not so. You know they are attacking viruses like crazy these days, and yet many of the things going around right now would be prevented/stopped if we could have our penicillin back again. Esp "e-coli" and some of that type stuff.

I spent the day in my kitchen rearragning it, I'm still on this "simplfy  things" an bit...so there's not so much work to do in the house... Doctor's orders. I guess he figures by the time we get to our  retirement days, that I might actually have things pretty well taken care of...if I start an few years early on it all. Today was all the plastics...I swear, how an person can have so many lids to containers and no containers, so I pared those up and threw away the spares, picked up my "spices"  to line around the counter here and there, amid jars of cooking utensils and appliances. I made the front corner into an coffee station when we took the Christmas stuff down, (computer is now on the other side of the wall from this)...with the microwave, and then the coffee pot..put the french fry appliance near the left side of the stove/oven, and took the coffee cabinet out of there and moved it in an corner closer to the coffee pot, it has an stained glass door on it in colors, so I wanted it more protected, hence the other corner..and put sugar in the near the pot, and the food processor next to that, I have to get an container for the flour yet, so I have two matching, one for sugar, one for flour. I have an small kitchen...actually when I was younger I felt we'd probably not have kitchens after the year 2000... the rate things were going. Then ended up with the Holiday family dinners for about 20 plus some years. This should be more efficient by the time I'm done...but there is an lot left to do as of yet....you know so many years pass and things need changed.  Hope everyone had an good day. Wonder how Stephaine is doing on getting her house, with all this talk about re-arranging one's house. Nice day today, sun was even out, so that now means 6 more weeks of winter...today was Groundhog"s day....do you think Ron, they have an "Miss Gigglesnort" Day?...just wondering...wonder what Diana would say to that one.  Everyone looks in an cheerful mood from the last several posts, Debbie, Ruth, Urmi (hope I go tthat oen correct) and lancashirelove...that's an good sign of things.

Shirley I do hope your grandsons problem will soon be sorted and be given the right treatment, interesting about ulcers I always thought they came from broken skin but thinking about it I guess thats where bugs can get in, there's so many problems these days where the answer  to the problem cannot be found.

RON so glad that Anna can get to see her Mum now, Bills ward was opened then someone else went down with the bug and now it's closed again, 6 weeks today and no problems found.

DIANA  How is your sister?

I think a crock pot is a good idea, yours and Krissys soup sound lovely, I am going to look for one of those but I have not seen them around in th shops lately.

Today is 'hump day' Debbie as you know (Wednesday - over the hump of the week for those who weren't involved in the last conversation about it). Trust you are well and looking forward to coming back to beautiful England?

Peggy, thanks for your support and hoping Bill will be on the mend quickly.

Shirley: A Miss Gigglesnort Day - How do you reckon we might control the lady? Did you say Diana was a crock Peggy?

Thanks to Shirley, Urmi and Ruth (all on this page) for your input.

Hello everybody   .

Off to work in a while  , see what pain I can inflict. Actually, I deal more with the financial side at the moment, leave the syringes to my friend and co-worker.

Have a fun day, I certainly intend to.
