That's a great song, James!  Frank Sinatra had a lot of great songs. Personally, I like Elvis Presley better. And I like Dean Martin, too. I was born in the wrong decade....

When I was little I had a small record player and a few records. One song was "You needed Me" by Debbie Boone. My dad used to pick me up when she sang " you lift me high... upon a pedestal." This song always makes me tear up. I chose it for the daddy/daughter song at my wedding. Not traditional, but it hold a lot of meaning. It was so long, though!

Some of my earliest memories are singing in the car to ABBA or Billy Joel. It was just me and my parents and we always sang on trips.

My first concert I went to was ABBA in 1979 0r 1980. My dad was away on TDY (temp.duty) and my mom took me to the Aladdin to see them. I loved it but was so disappointed when they didn't sing S.O.S. :-)
