Just read your post Shirley. People can rent houses but there isn't the 'option to buy lease' over here (or al least not that I know of or very common). Funnily enough I was thinking what a good idea it was when I was discussing it with Rick a few months ago. I will be renting this out (although dreading that!) and if the people renting want to buy it then all well and good!

Ok James, i wrote that down, now i have to fidn some pictures, we took the avatar I had before off my daughter in-law's photo album on her lap top. I could use some more pictures.

Stephanie...You know, what's the worse thing you can think happening on an  lease option on an house...this happened to my neighbors around the corner from us...it caught on fire. Didn't really burn much as it smoked up the place. They were carrying renter's insurance, and the owner was carrying homeowners on it. They got together on this mind you. He gave them back their down-payment on the house, took it as an business loss on his taxes, and used his homeowners insurance to clean it up..they used their renter's insurance to pay for what they lost...an fautly lamp is what started it all. So eventually the owner  got back the house looking better then what it sold it for, and resold it, the other side got back their hefty downpayment and put it on an much bigger house, an new one at that...they added the money they got from the damage also  Relatives loaned them odds and ends of furniture and BOTH of them walked away "better" for having an house fire of all things. You don't see that
to many times. Right now this super huge motor home sits outside the garage and its been pristine taken care of as for an house in the neighborhood ever since then also.
