lancashirelove Posts: 1986 Joined: 18th Feb 2009 Location: UK	quotePosted at 21:28 on 5th April 2010 Hi, I've just been watching the UK Channel 4', Comedy Gala in aid of a London Childrens hospital. it boasts a host of comedy stars in the line up. I've just switched off my set after 20 minutes of foul-mouthed so-called comediens, one after another using swear words and referals to their private parts, dribbling like foul tapwater from a broken sewer. I havent heard one line I could laugh at, and this is supposed to be in aid of raising funds for the CHILDRENS Hospital!!! I dont know if its my age but is this filth realy nesassery in todays society? My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions

Having failed to find one of the comedians funny, I too switched off after about 20 minutes. A true comedian should not have to resort to foul-mouthed language like this.
