Too bad I've been trapped in the house cleaning out a closet. Still, I won't grumble, as I am blessed to have a closet to clean, and with health to clean it. I made a batch of yogurt yesterday, and today I am going to make yogurt cheese. I've not made it before, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes. |

I know our insurance won't pay for these things to be replaced...because Allstate Insurance stopped paying for property "vandalism" or rioting some years back. Also can't buy "earthquake"insurance and have to buy special flood insurance if you might have water problems of any kind. I guess in the past there were to many people stealing stuff from another and so they just said they would not pay for it any more. I guess that means to you take out an gun and blow their dang blasted heads off for restituion. Ron, whom won your elections over there?.... did you hear about the computer glinch...that took the stock market down 1,000 points yesterday..scared the wits out of many people. |

Shirley, you sure get it tough over there and it makes you wonder why, or how the Insurance company's manage to stay in business. We all know that when a claim is made they wriggle until they are out of the 'payout zone'. So why do we bother with them at all? As for our election the Conservative party got most support, but not an overall majority. The Liberal Party lost a load of seats, and Labour lost BIG time. But it seem's likely that the Conservatives and the Liberals will work together to form a Government and therefore 'Houdini' will be unable to untie the knots this time. Lol |

So sorry to hear about Cathy's husband Mike. Hope things are better today. I hope you are right Ron - I was really looking forward to change. It is certainly causing alot of argument and debate everywhere! Worst thing was they took off Bargain Hunt yesterday dinnertime for the news! How dare they! LOL! Myself & Martin always break for dinner and watch the Bargain Hunt auction for 14 minutes while we eat!!! Hello to everyone - hope you all have good weekends. |
