And with my firm, its impossible to book ahead for a holiday anyway as its not until days before you're due to take the days off you applied for you'll be told whether or not they've been approved and you're allowed to take them. Thus booking ahead is a non-starter really unless you don't mind risking paying for a holiday you might not be allowed to take. |

Oil rig had an explosion. It's pumping oil into the Gulf and can't be stopped, though they are seriously trying to stop it. |
