I love Opals. I love gems in general, but there is something fascinating about an opal.

What time do you eat dinner?

I've gotten to a stage in my life where I can't eat late, so dinner is four or before.

Ha! I got my BEAUTIFUL little Mini Cooper washed today.

Of course, living in the desert at this time of year, it needs to be cleaned on a regular basis, at least once a month, if not twice. I always get it cleaned if I am going somewhere special, which isn't very often, but hey.

What kind of car do you own?

We own an old Oldsmobile(reddish raspberry kind of colored)....and an 1984 pick-up truck...an dodge in navy blue. Car is older then the truck is. It has 252,000 miles on it and the truck over 150,000 miles on it. Thanks to medical costs will be be driving for some time most likely.....the truck needs repainted...and we use it for scoutting trips also. No pretty "new" or fancy car here. We are the only ones in my hubby's family iwthout an newer car to drive.
