Unfortunately Mike is going back into theatre again tomorrow, but we are really hoping that this time they will be able to operate, find and treat whatever the problem is and his recovery can begin. |

The surgeons were able to complete the operation this time, and as can be expected, Mike is in a great deal of pain and not feeling too good. But so far the news is not so bad, although the final diagnosis can only be confirmed once cultures have been grown. I am hoping that this is the beginning of his recovery. Tonight my son will visit him as I have been through to the hospital twice today. It soons gets exhausting doing at 50 mile round trip 3 times a day! So I hope to spend a little while with you this evening, if I don't fall asleep first!! |
