He'll never win more seats doing things like that. The public have spoken, they ditched Labour and the Liberals lost seats also. It's just unfortunate that David Cameron didn't get the majority that he needed (an additional 20 seats I believe). I think what Clegg is doing is trying to use Labour as a 'tool' for a better deal with Cameron, and Brown is perhaps saying 'Well if I'm going (He has finally said he will step down.....Yippeeee!) I'm surely going to make it as difficult for Cameron as I can'. Fancy having a friend like that? Bye, bye Gordon! |

The fact is that the Conservative's and the Liberals want almost exact opposite's yet are trying to put together some sort of coalition to run the Country. It's nonsense in my opinion, but better than going the way of a Labour coalition (Gordon Brown) with whom Nick Clegg said recently he would never work with. Amazing what a little bit of potential power can do, eh? |
